This is my first attempt at interpreting the
Theme Thursday challenge. This week's theme is "funky".
Of course, one of the funkiest places to eat near my place has gotta be
The Garage Sandwich Company. The entire restaurant is very funky. It has a whole pile of cool stuff packed into its small space. And it manages to do it without coming off as cheesy or cliched.
In fact, I just finished
posting a
series of
four shots from
there. This final photo of their funky tip jar/bowl serves as a pretty good ending to the whole thing, I think. Guess it's a series of five now. ;) Unlinke some of the other photos in the series, this photo has not been cross-processed. After all, the bowl pretty much speaks for itself.
And yes, tipping really is sexy.
