My second PhotoTime Tuesday attempt -- this week's theme is Cabin Fever. Good theme for me here in Toronto. It's so damn cold outside right now, there's not much to do other than hang around indoors and try not to go insane. Curling up with a good book helps.

And here's Carla doing just that. Well, at least she was until I started sticking my Hi-Matic all up in her bid-ness. ;)

On a side note, this shot was scanned in from the negative using my brand-spankin-new Epson Perfection 3170 Photo scanner. So far so good, although I can't wait to get my MF adapter off ebay. It's a third-party MF holder and allows you to scan 3 6x6 120 negs at a time. The adapter that comes with the scanner only allows scanning a singe 120 neg at a time, whichI've found to be a real pain in the ass. Especially when you compare that to the 35mm holder, which lets you bring in 12 negs in one shot... But I can't really complain, as the 3170 is pretty much the only sub-$500 scanner that can handle 120 negs and slides. So overall, I'm very pleased.
