Theme Thursday time again, and this week's theme is "Fences". I did a double take when I first saw the theme, I guess my brain forgot to interpret the letter "n". Hye-larious!
In reality, Rannie reminded me yesterday while we were chatting on
flickr. At first glance, flickr could be seen as just another friendster/orkut clone, but it quickly becomes clear that it's much more than that. There's the usual network of friends thing, with web pages and groups you can join, similar to Orkut. But what really stands out is the flickr application -- it's a flash-based interface that lets you do instant messaging amongst your contacts, share photographs, chat in group channels, and share photographs. I metion "share photographs" twice because I thought it deserved the double mention. Either way, make sure to
