This was painted on some boards bordering a basketball court in the Sackville Street Public School playground.
I'm not sure whether the artist here was advocating people to "rise up" beyond their circumstances, or "rise up" in revolution against the establishment. Is it a message of hope, or despair? I prefer to think its the former.
