Machine Study
A photographic study of an abandoned machine I came across in the Yonge and Charles area. I'm not quite sure what it is, if someone can enlighten me, feel free to do so.

I think that machine you shot is an old folder, for folding print jobs like flyers and stuff, it's hard to tell cause you can't see the whole thing, but cool pics!

It is a folding machine used in the printing industry. The rusted "dials" that have numbers on them are for adjusting the roller tension. Each number corresponds to a specific roller. The ruler on the gate (DSCN5398) verifies a printing folder. The ruler on the gate is so that the operator can adjust the fold. The paper goes up and inbetween that gate.

Bottom line - it's a great set of pictures - does anyone care what the machine is?
